PIHEC is a collaboration of higher education institutions dedicated to designing and supporting campus settings to facilitate an inclusive education for young adults with intellectual disabilities. The overarching vision of the Consortium is to develop settings in which education, authentic social experiences, independent living, and integrated competitive employment can be accessed by young adults with intellectual disabilities within inclusive and supportive environments.
